How to buy plants for summer planters

Making a summer planter is very easy, you can buy fully grown plants in flower and make an instant planter. Why not try growing your own, its easier than you think.

• 9cm patio plants often in full flower they are ready to plant almost immediately.
• 11cm plants are fully grown they are sold in full flower and often have special colours or new varieties.
• 13cm or bigger some plants need a larger pot and take longer to grow, geraniums, dahlias, begonias or fuchsias for instance.
